Record-Breaking Performances
Freshman Adysen Janacek set a new school record in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 1:01.93, surpassing the previous record by 1.34 seconds.
Overcoming Training Limitations
The La Grange Leopards are a hardworking team with a lot of heart, but limited pool access and long travel times for practice made it challenging to refine technique and optimize performance. With every second in the water at a premium, they needed to be intentional about their training, prioritizing quality over quantity. Coach Ledwik needed a solution to maximize efficiency, track progress, and keep her swimmers engaged and motivated.
The Power of Data-Driven Coaching
Coach Ledwik turned to TritonWear, a cutting-edge performance analytics tool that provides real-time data, post-practice insights, and targeted training recommendations. Recognizing its potential to bridge training gaps and optimize performance, she integrated TritonWear into her program.
“The data reinforced what we saw in the pool and gave our swimmers confidence in the process. It completely changed how we approach training and competing,” said Coach Ledwig. The decision was clear; TritonWear’s insights not only improved performance but also strengthened athlete engagement, giving La Grange the edge they needed to succeed.
